18x24 would be suitable for 120 people. It is big enough for one or two-inch mesh, while allowing people to simply read their names.
If you can, I would help 1-2 people for the board betting people to find their names and seats. You can ask the ushers to help with this.

With a capacity of 75 persons 11x14
With a capacity of 150 persons: 16 x 20
With a capacity of 300 persons: 20 x 24
I hate sitting next to strangers. I like to sit next to my family and my friends and I have to keep the conversations with these people. I jump. They have a table for the next of kin. What everyone is sitting right where they want.
