Whats the difference in taking prenatal vitamins and a regular multivitamin? - prenatal

I take a multivitamin for my hair is the best prenatal vitamins? He had heard prenatal iron deficiency and iron. My hair is much thinner.

The biggest difference is the amount of iron and folic acid are higher in the prenatal vitamins.
